Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Raghvendra Kumar Singh has been appointed principal secretary to Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav.
Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said on Friday that directions have been given on the strict implementation of the ban on the unregulated use of loudspeakers.

Soon after assuming office on Wednesday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav signed the first order regarding a decision to use sound amplifiers --loud speakers, DJs-- only according to the prescribed norms at any type of religious place or other places in the state.
