State Congress chief Jitu Patwari, former minister Sajjan Singh Verma, former Union Minister Arun Yadav and other Congress leaders and party workers participated in the protest. During the protest, the Congress also organised a gathering in which several leaders including Patwari addressed.

"Negligence in such cases will not be tolerated. Whoever is guilty will not be spared. The security of all hospitals will be reviewed," Bhardwaj said while speaking to ANI.
The incident occurred at 9 p.m. yesterday when the deceased, a 16-year-old, had come to buy clothes with his brother and his friend. The deceased's brother was also a minor.
The Ludhiana Police arrested the third accused today in the case of attack on Shiv Sena leader Sandeep Thapar.
The third accused has been identified as Jaswinder Singh, aka Sunny.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Amit Goel told ANI, "7 people have been arrested in connection with an international organ transplant racket. The mastermind of this racket was a Bangladeshi."
The deceased was identified as Dilip Bundela, a resident of Choral and his body was found covered with leaves in the jungle of Choral in the district on Monday morning, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP, Rural) Umakant Chaudhary said.
