Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders are trying to divide the society between "Hindus and Muslims and create communal tension."
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Monday labeled Godda, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's constituency, as the "biggest center of corruption," alleging that land and forest resources in the area have been exploited through illegal deals.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday questioned the timing of the Income Tax (I-T) department's raids on his associate, suggesting such actions had become increasingly common since 2014.
