"Even after coming out of jail on bail, he is asking for votes": MP Chief Minister Mohan Yadav slams Hemant Soren

Dumka (Jharkhand) [India] November 10 (ANI): Slamming Jharkhand Chief Minister for campaigning in assembly polls, Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav said on Sunday that even after coming out of jail on bail, Hemant Soren is asking for votes.
Accusing the JMM and Congress alliance of "looting" the people of Jharkhand, Yadav said that the public will "do justice" on November 13 - the polling date of the first phase.
"Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee had dreamed of making Jharkhand the number one state of India. Unfortunately, Congress and JMM have looted the people of Jharkhand. The rights of the poor are being robbed. Did you ever think that a person sitting on the post of CM would ever go to jail? Even after coming out of jail on bail, he (Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren) is asking for votes," Yadav said, addressing a poll rally in Dumka.
"The public's court will do justice on November 13. You have to send them back from where they came. This is the land of Lord Ram and Krishna. Lord Rama spend time with tribals during his axile and fought with Ravana for 'Desh Darm'," Yadav added.
Earlier, Mohan Yadav accusing Congress and JMM alliance of transforming Ranchi, the capital city of Jharkhand, into "Karachi," a city in Pakistan. He stated that restoring Ranchi's former glory requires voting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) into power in the upcoming state assembly election.
The 81-member Jharkhand Assembly will go to polls in two phases on November 13 and 20, with vote counting scheduled for November 23. A total of 2.6 crore voters, including 1.31 crore men, 1.29 crore women, 11.84 lakh first-time voters, and 66.84 lakh young voters, are eligible to participate.
In the 2020 Assembly elections, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) won 30 seats, the BJP secured 25, and the Congress took 16 seats. In the 2014 election, the BJP won 37 seats, JMM 19, and Congress only 6. (ANI)
