Srinagar (J&K), Aug 27 (ANI): A young Kashmiri businessman converted the crisis of COVID-19 into an opportunity. Harris Ahmad, who is in the business of advertising, has now started manufacturing hand sanitiser stands through which people can use the sanitiser without touching the sanitiser dispensers. However, to improvise his advertising business into his new venture, Harris uses the hand sanitiser stands for the branding of his clients. The hand sanitiser stands are modified according to the needs of the clients. Companies involved in engaging with their customers physically are installing these hand sanitiser stands at the entrance of their establishments to keep the customers safe, while at the same time publicise their business. Since hand sanitisers are in demand, Harris used the opportunity to revive his advertising business, which he said had shrunk since the coronavirus induced lockdown was imposed in March this year. Besides keeping himself afloat, Harris’s decision to change his business has also helped in keeping the employees working at the manufacturing unit survive the pandemic.
