Baramulla (J&K), Aug 01 (ANI): The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing rapid progress since after the abrogation of Article 370 last with. Public facilities are being enhanced in Baramulla as the construction of foot-bridge is ongoing in full swing. Earlier, locals used to use old, wooden bridge to cross the Jhelum River. The bridge connects the civil line area with the old town of Baramulla district. The construction work of this bridge is being executed by Roads and Bridges Dept of Kashmir with the cost of Rs 5.25 crore. The construction work also offered employment to people of the Valley.
