New Delhi/ Kolkata (WB): BJP state president for West Bengal Dilip Ghosh reacted on his party’s MLAs create ruckus in state assembly over the state government not inviting Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar to the Assembly on the first day of the session. He raised question on holding the Budget Session without the Governor’s speech and said that it's not allowed in the democracy to remain in power from back door. “West Bengal Budget Session is being held without the Governor's Speech. How is it being done? It's not allowed in our democracy to remain in power from back door,” he said.
