North 24 Parganas (West Bengal), Dec 13 (ANI): A team of police reached Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and MP Arjun Singh’s residence in West Bengal’s North 24 Parganas with an order to search his house. Speaking on the matter, Singh said the case, for which the search warrant was issued, was already settled by court, and alleged that the search warrant was issued by misguiding the Magistrate. He also slammed Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee by saying the law and order situation in West Bengal is in the dustbin of the CM. “Police arrived at my residence with a search warrant in a case that was settled by Court. The warrant was issued by misguiding the magistrate. The search wasn't allowed as they didn't have COVID-19 negative certificates and the case has been settled,” the BJP MP told to ANI.
