Kanpur (UP), July 10 (ANI): People distributed sweets after history-sheeter Vikas Dubey was killed in police encounter on July 10. Locals were looking happy and distributed sweets in Bikaru village of UP’s Kanpur. Main accused of Kanpur encounter case Vikas Dubey attempted to flee after the car of convoy bringing him to Kanpur overturned. Shots were fired and he was rushed to a hospital. While speaking to ANI, one of the local said, “This entire area is very happy today. It feels as if we are finally free. This is the end of an era of terror. Everyone is very happy.”
