Jaipur (Rajasthan) January 13 (ANI): “Vedas are the treasure of the principles of good governance, by adopting these principles, the concept of public welfare state can be achieved”, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said this in a virtual National Veda conference organized on the occasion of Nation Youth Day. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated a portal of Vedic Heritage and Manuscript Research Institute and Rajasthan Sanskrit Academy. During the programme, the CM Gehlot recalled the virtue of Swami Vivekananda and said that he played an important role in establishing the importance of Indian Vedic culture in the world. His message for humanity and world peace is equally relevant today. The CM underlined that the younger generation can become socially, economically and ideologically empowered by adopting values like peace, harmony and brotherhood as stated in Vedic culture.
