New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): SN Shrivastava, Commissioner of Police, Delhi, said that there are more than 12,000 youths in Delhi who have been involved in any crime in the last three years. It is, therefore, necessary to bring such youth into the mainstream by showing them the right path. They should be trained in skill development so that they can get employment. They would leave the path of crime and come to the mainstream. Such programmes are already going on in every district. In cooperation of different trainers and employers we are running such programmes; juveniles are being given special attention.
