Madurai (Tamil Nadu), June 06 (ANI): The judicious use of Vaigai River water is benefitting people in large numbers in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai. The water of Vaigai River is used for wetting and recharging ground water. Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam Temple is also getting benefitted by the usage of river Vaigai water. This temple is one of the traditional symbols of Madurai.
