New Delhi, Sep 30 (ANI): Government of India on September 30 issued new guidelines for re-opening of cinema halls, theatres and multiplexes from October 15. Re-opening is allowed with up to 50% of their seating capacity. Government of India has given the flexibility to the state government to make decision on re-opening of schools after October 15. Social, academic, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious, political functions and other congregations have already been permitted with a ceiling of 100 persons outside COVID-19 containment zones only.
