Two-day autumn festival underway at Pahalgam to revive tourism

Pahalgam (J&K), Oct 18 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir tourism department organized two-day (17 and 18 OCT) autumn festival in Pahalgam. The main objective of festival is to revive the tourism sector in town which was badly affected due to COVID-19. The festival included an exhibition of village crafts, tapestry of cottage, craft and handicraft. About 20 stalls displaying traditional art, craft and ethnic cuisine were set up at the Pahalgam Club. The festival was inaugurated by the advisor to Lieutenant Governor. A three hour cultural programme was also organised.
