Agartala (Tripura), Feb 12 (ANI): Tripura Khet Mazdoor Union (TKMU) took to the streets in Agartala to protest against Union Budget 2021-22 and farm laws on Feb 12. The protest started from the Melarmath area and went through the streets of the capital city in Agartala. “For the last 76 days, farmers are protesting outside Delhi against the farm laws which if implemented will be devastating for the farm workers and farmers. The protester did not want to capture the chair of Prime Minister Narendra Modi but are demanding for revoking of the black farm laws but our country’s government is deaf to it,” said Shyamal Deb, secretary of TKMU.
