Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Oct 10 (ANI): Ahead of elections in Bihar, a tea seller in Muzaffarpur spreads awareness for the same. He not just urged people to excise their voting rights but also requested to follow COVID-19 guidelines. He informed people to maintain social distancing while voting. Tea seller said, “I have got the message written on my shirt to urge people that they should exercise their voting rights in the polls.”Voting in Bihar will take place in three phases, i.e., on October 28, November 03 and 07.
