Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Jun 21(ANI): Parts of the country is witnessing year’s first solar eclipse on June 21. Scientist at Gujarat Council of Science & Technology, Narottam Sahu said, “This will be the first solar eclipse of 2020, and for Gujarat it will be partial solar eclipse. We will get to see around 72% of solar eclipse. Today is also the longest day of the year. From today, geographically our summer season has commenced. The sun will stay in the sky for approx 13 hours 30 minutes.” He further informed that another solar eclipse is expected on December 14 of this year, but India will not be able to witness it.
