Patna (Bihar), June 28 (ANI): Roads in Patna were waterlogged following heavy rains in parts of Bihar. The situation slowed down vehicular movement in Kankarbagh area. Commuters expressed anger on the lack of attention by authorities. “Patna will all drown if the situation prevails like this,” said a local. Monsoon this year has covered the entire country 12 days prior to normal date, according to IMD.
