Srinagar (JandK), Aug 29 (ANI): Time to rejoice for foodies in Kashmir. A student of Institute of Hotel Management, Toiba, has set up a customised kitchen 'Dish You Wish' in Srinagar to offer people delicious delicacies from the comfort of their home amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Toiba started the kitchen under the supervision of master chef of IHM, Mohamad Yasin Reshi. Chef Reshi also trains local youth to hone their culinary skills. Srinagar will have a taste of authentic dishes with the outlet operated by seasoned chefs. Amid pandemic, custom kitchen is adhering to all safety norms for hygiene and safety. Speaking to ANI, owner of Dish You Wish, Toiba said, "Pandemic provided lot more time to a person to think that what all is going wrong and what all we should do. Food related activity has been hampered amid pandemic as we can't go outside or even while ordering food, it always bothered us that whether the food is healthy or not. We have to take care about immunity and related stuff." "So, we thought about an idea where a customer can choose what he wants. This concept is the need of the hour," she added.
