Skill development schemes empower women in J&K’s Baramulla

Baramulla (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 05 (ANI): Skill development schemes have gained pace in Jammu & Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370, enabling thousands of youngsters to receive training under them and become independent. Women have become self-reliant with these government-backed initiatives. The social welfare department of Baramulla is running skill development training centres and vocational training for women, to make them self dependent. Instructors are providing trainings of cutting, tailoring etc.
