Kochi (Kerala), Mar 01 (ANI): Ahead of the Assembly polls in Kerala, while addressing during ‘Vijaya Yathra’ in Kochi on February 28, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, “Kerala budget was prepared and presented and all money is given to Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). I don't know what budget they are making if all the money is given to KIIFB. What is this organisation?.” “We make budget in the Union Government. We don't give all the money to one organisation and say ‘thik hai, dekhte hai’. Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has criticized it. If this is budget making, no wonder Kerala is going into debt trap. It is a questionable affair,” she added.
