Scientific, medical communities monitoring post-COVID symptoms: NITI Aayog

New Delhi, Aug 18 (ANI): On being asked about the post-COVID symptoms are visible in some patients, Member of NITI Aayog, VK Paul on August 18 stated that a new dimension of the disease is coming forward, scientific and medical communities are monitoring it. He said, “A new dimension of the disease is coming forward. Scientific and medical communities are monitoring. We'll have to be aware that there may be some impact later too. But the long term outcome, right now, is not dangerous.” “As we understand it, we'll use treatment modalities available with us. It's an ongoing learning and the medical fraternity is responding to this. As we understand more, will be able to tell more about it,” he added.
