Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), June 16 (ANI): Additional Chief Secretary (Home) of Uttar Pradesh, Awanish Awasthi announced that a sum of Rs 50 lakh rupees will be given to kin of martyrs. Awasthi said, "Till now, the natives of Uttar Pradesh who were martyred in the Central Paramilitary Force, Army, Air Force or Navy were paid a sum of Rs 25 lakh to their families, but today it has been decided that now 50 lakh rupees will be given, 35 lakh to wife and children and 15 lakh to parents."
