New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on February 03 urged the members not to record the proceedings of the House on mobile phones and warned that it is against parliamentary etiquette. “There is a restriction on usage of cellular phones within Rajya Sabha chambers. It has been observed that some members are using their mobile phones to record proceedings of house while sitting in chambers such conduct is against parliamentary etiquette,” said Chairman Naidu.
