New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): Record-high GST collection in the month of December is because Indian economy is on path of recovery and government is taking targeted action against those who have discrepancies in record, said Union Finance Secretary Ajay Bhushan Pandey. “Record-high GST collection of over Rs 1.15 lakh crore in December is because our economy is on path of recovery. We have brought many changes at system level for better compliance. We are taking targeted action against those who have discrepancies in their record,” said Finance Secretary Pandey.
