Ravana ‘dahan’ to be streamed online from Lucknow’s Ram Leela Ground

Lucknow (UP), Oct 25 (ANI): As the country is celebrating Dusshera on October 25, preparations are underway at Aishbagh’s Ram Leela Ground in Lucknow. The effigy of Ravana along with pictorial representation of corona will be burnt on the occasion. The festival marks victory of good over evil as per Hindu mythology. One of the organisers said, “In view of COVID pandemic, we could not allow people here. The Ravana 'dahan' will be streamed online to avoid crowding.”
