Rajouri boy clears Kashmir Administrative Services exam in first attempt

Rajouri (J-K), Oct 26 (ANI): A Rajouri boy excelled in Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) examination in first attempt and sets an example for local youth. Gouhar Arzoo Chaand bagged 29th rank in KAS exam. Arzoo did not rely upon any coaching institute for his training as he came from remote far-flung area of Thanamandi Tehsil of Rajouri District. Arzoo is an inspiration for many. Gouhar Arzoo Chaand said, "I think it will be an inspiration for people because coming from a far-flung area, if I can qualify with a good rank then why not them?"
