Jaipur (Rajastahn), July 17 (ANI): The High Court hearing over sacked Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Sachin Pilot and other MLAs has been deferred till 5:30 pm on July 21, which means that no action can be taken against rebel MLAs till then. Hearing on Assembly Speaker (on notice issued to Sachin Pilot and other MLAs) that was scheduled to be held today has been deferred till 5:30 pm, Tuesday. No action can be taken against MLAs till then,” said Prateek Kasliwal, the lawyer representing Speaker CP Joshi at Rajasthan High Court. Sacked Deputy Chief Minister, Sachin Pilot and with his camp of 18 other Congress MLAs has filled petition against disqualification notices issued to them by the Assembly Speaker.While talking on hearing, Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi’s lawyer, NK Maloo informed that court asked him to reply on the petition on Monday (July 20).
