‘Rail Roko’ protest held in parts of UP

Hapur (UP) / Modinagar (UP) / New Delhi, Feb 18 (ANI): A ‘Rail Roko' protest is being held against new farm laws on February 18. The members of Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) staged 'Rail Roko' at Hapur. During the protest, brawl took place between police and protesters. Meanwhile, a different scenario was witnessed at Modinagar during 'Rail Roko' protest. BKU members showered flower petals on police personnel and offered sweets to them. Police also appealed them to end their agitation. CPRO of Northern Railway, Deepak Kumar said, “No train has been cancelled in view of the protest.”
