Punjab University Asst. Prof develops rapid mechanism to identify human, non-human bloodstains

Chandigarh, Oct 09 (ANI): For solving a crime one of the major components is chemical profiling of bloodstains. Doctor Vishal Sharma Assistant Professor of Forensic Science and Criminology department of Punjab University developed a rapid and non-destructive mechanism to identify human or non-human bloodstains and He also devised a model for estimating the age of bloodstains. Doctor Sharma and his team took 2 years to complete this study.
