Pune’s Shaniwar Wada Fort reopens

Pune (Maharashtra), Jan 06 (ANI): The iconic and popular Shaniwar Wada Fort reopened on January 6 after a gap of eight months for visitors. Shaniwar Wada Fort comes under the supervision of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). They have started an online payment facility for the visitors amid coronavirus pandemic. Speaking to ANI, monument in-charge said, “We are taking care of all the precautionary measures. We have started an online payment facility. As compared to earlier, fewer people are visiting now.”
