Ranchi (Jharkhand), July 02 (ANI): Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren commented over the migrant food grain scheme under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana (PMGKAY). He said that providing grain is not enough, central government should think about more options to deal with the crisis. “Announcements have been made but sometimes, the right person don’t get ration. We (Jharkhand Government) are providing grain to even to those who don’t have ration cards. Just providing grain is not enough, central government should think about more options to deal with the crisis. Extension of the scheme by Prime Minister is a relax indeed, but now we need to look how this scheme will be beneficial for state.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 30 has announced the extension of the PMGKAY till the end of November.
