Poultry production in Valley scores 85% success results

Srinagar (J&K), Sept 03 (ANI): Poultry farming is widely practiced across Kashmir Valley. But recently, with government’s inclination towards boosting animal husbandry sector, poultry production has seen a widespread increase. Hatcheries with high-tech machines play a vital role in increasing poultry production. An ideal hatchery has the ability to produce thousands of chickens within twenty one days. The modern hatcheries situated in foothills of Hari Parbat Fort in Srinagar monitors hatching process of chickens. With top-class hatching system in place, department is getting eighty five percent success results. An increase in poultry production was also observed in the private sector.
