Patna (Bihar), Jan 10 (ANI): While addressing the press conference in Patna on January 10, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav said, “Schools, colleges have reopened, everything is on track. When the biggest problem is before us, you don't want Vidhan Sabha to function.” “If Budget Session isn't held in traditional manner, entire Opposition will boycott it, as it won't have any meaning,” Yadav added.
