New Delhi, July 02 (ANI): Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on July 2 said that online learning cannot replace learning at school and Kejriwal’s government will implement a model of education in which 'reach out and connect' will be the focus. “There is a fear that online education might create a 'digital divide',” he said Sisodia.
