Kanpur (UP)/ Amritsar (Punjab), Jan 21 (ANI): People living in Uttar Pradesh woke up to a chilly morning on Thursday. People lit up fire to keep themselves warm as temperature dropped in the city. In Punjab’s Amritsar, the situation was no different. The city witnessed a dense fog this morning. Minimum temperature was recorded at 4.4 degrees Celsius.
