Mumbai, Jan 23 (ANI): On the occasion of Balasaheb Thackeray’s birth anniversary, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that Balasaheb Thackeray was the one who made BJP visible in Maharashtra no one knew about them. Further Reacting to BJP’s accusations that Shivsena has forgot Balasaheb and his ideology, Raut questioned, “I question BJP did you forget LK Advani , did you forget Atal Bihari Vajpai no party forgets it's leaders?” He said that no one can forget Balasaheb Thackeray and his ideologies of progressive ‘hindutva’. Sanjay Raut said, “Balasaheb Thackeray was the one who made BJP visible in Maharashtra no one knew about them. And back then it was a proud moment for us as we all came together with a slogan “garv se kaho hum hindu hai” (Say it with pride that we are hindu). Balasaheb Thackeray is the origin of regional politics in India.” Reacting to BJP’s accusations that Shiv Sena has forgoten Balasaheb and his ideology, Raut said that it's not right to say that we have forgotten our leader. “I question BJP did you forget LK Advani, did you forget Atal Bihari Vajpai no party forgets its leaders,” he asked.
