New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): After announcing new rules for social media platforms to curb the “rampant abuse”, Union Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said these new guidelines will be implemented within three months of the rules being notified by the government. The new guidelines include developing of redressal mechanism by respective social media platforms to resolve issues of the users, and disclosing the originator of mischievous post after being asked by a government agency or court order.
