New financial package soon for Kashmiri businesses to revive economy

Srinagar (JandK), Sep 18 (ANI): The business revival committee which was made by the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) is expected to result in a new financial package for the traders in the valley. It is aimed to compensate the losses which business are facing since the last 15-16 months. After the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35A, authorities have imposed restrictions in the Valley which was aimed to control the law and order situation in the union territory. This year due to COVID-19 induced lockdown economy of Jammu and Kashmir was further hit. Committee has already submitted the reports to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. He assured that JandK will soon get a financial package. Business community of JandK showed their gratitude towards LG Sinha. They are hopeful that people belonging to business community including-shopkeepers, hoteliers, transporters will get financial help soon.
