Pulwama (J&K), July 24 (ANI): People in Kashmir are getting new business prospects post abrogation of Article 370. Youths have been taking benefits of central sponsored schemes. They are availing easy loans under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP). In a recent example, two Kashmiris, Tariq Ahmad and Zahoor Ahmad were able to establish their own business. Young entrepreneurs set up their readymade garment units in the district of Pulwama with the help of Khadi Village Industries Board. “This is a very good step by the Central Government that has benefited unemployed educated youths,” said Tariq Ahmad, unit holder. They have also provided employment to other local youths of the district. One of the employee at the readymade unit said, “We are very thankful to the Government that they have taken out such a scheme”.
