New Delhi / Shantiniketan (West Bengal), Feb 19 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the convocation ceremony of Visva-Bharati University. The event took place via video conferencing on February 19. While addressing the event, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar said, “The New Education Policy (NEP) will gallop our journey to becoming ‘Vishwa-guru’. The policy is turning out to be a game changer in much needed education reforms.”
