New Delhi, Oct 13 (ANI): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar met farm leaders and experts on October 13 in Delhi. Organisations like NITI Aayog, National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED), Ayurvet Research Foundation, and National Seed Association of India were present in the meeting. NAFED, Managing Director Sanjeev Chadha on the farm laws said that the acts will give freedom to farmers to sell their produce. Sanjeev Chadha said, “These Acts give freedom to farmers to sell their produce anywhere. They can sell it even at small mandis, set up by Farmer Producer Orgs (FPOs) and can get a good rate without paying mandi fee.”
