New Delhi / Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh), July 05 (ANI): Monsoon has hit North India. Incessant rain led to water-logging in Delhi’s Palam underpass and tree has also uprooted due to heavy rainfall at Pandara Park. Meanwhile, heavy rainfall also uprooted several trees in HP’s Dharamshala.
