New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): Soon after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed that a request has been made to the Centre in order to allow re-opening of Delhi Metro in a phased manner, views started pouring in. “Metro should not start its services as it will increase COVID cases in Delhi,” said a local.
