New Delhi, Sep 29 (ANI): Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister, Prakash Javadekar, on September 29 informed that a meeting with Environment Ministers of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh will held virtually on Oct 1 over the issue of pollution due to stubble burning. He said, "We started an initiative in 2016 to combat pollution with the help of 5 states. Meeting will be held virtually on Oct 1st. Environment Ministers of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP and other officers will participate. Initiative was started in 2016 to form a short term plan, a medium term plan and a long term plan. Work done under these plans will be reviewed."
