Meet Haryana’s Pradeep Singh who topped 2019 UPSC exams

Sonipat (Haryana), Aug 04 (ANI): A farmer’s son topped one of the toughest exams of the country. Pradeep Singh has got first rank in civil service exams 2019 and made his parents and state proud. Pradeep hails from Haryana’s Sonipat and belongs from a farming background. Singh cleared the exams in his fourth attempt. Over 800 candidates have been selected to various Civil Services through the 2019 edition of the exam.
