New Delhi, Aug 09 (ANI): Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on rise in COVID cases in the national capital asserted that the surge is observed as many people from outside Delhi are getting their tests done here. “There are reports that COVID-19 cases are increasing in Delhi, reason for this is that many people from outside Delhi are getting their tests done here. Hence, counting of positive cases is rising here. Otherwise, trend of COVID-19 cases in Delhi is decreasing,” informed the Health Minister.
