Madurai (Tamil Nadu), June 05 (ANI): Nethra, a 13-year-old girl from Madurai has been appointed as 'Goodwill Ambassador to the Poor' for United Nations Association for Development and Peace. She convinced her father, a salon shop owner, to give Rs 5 lakh that he saved for her education to needy during lockdown, informed UNADAP.
