Lockdown extended in parts of Lucknow till July 24 over rising COVID cases

Lucknow (UP), Jul 20(ANI): In wake of increasing number of COVID-19 infections in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Government has decided to extend the lockdown in the city. Lockdown has been imposed in four areas of Lucknow till July 24. Movement of only essential services is allowed. Total number of COVID-19 cases in the state has risen to 47,036. Death toll in Uttar Pradesh is 1,108. Government has also imposed weekend lockdown across state to curb the spread of the virus.
