Locals hail Jammu Municipal Corporation’s door-to-door garbage collection initiative

Jammu (J&K), Oct 01 (ANI): In a bid to improve cleanliness in Jammu, about 150 door-to-door garbage collection vehicles have been assigned with duties. The vehicles have been started by Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC). Locals are happy after door to door garbage collection system was started by JMC. This initiative is helping locals in keeping the city clean. Speaking to ANI, a local said, “Earlier people used to dump the garbage outside their houses. The initiative is helping in keeping the city clean.”
